Summary


We are seeking a strong individual to add to our team as a Project Coordinator. This individual will  help support coordinate the management of both client and internal project/program efforts related to SugarCRM, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage and our Faye line of products.

 


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support Project Managers and Consultants with software delivery projects and help manage scope, schedule, and budget
  • Provide oversight to the Project Board and Estimates Board in JIRA
  • Coordinate Project Initiation and Project Assignment processes
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements
  • Assist in coordinating with the engineering team to manage the project estimation process
  • Initial triage, opening, and closing of project estimate tickets in JIRA
  • Ensure weekly and monthly billable time from consultants/engineers is entered in our timekeeping system
  • Work with the Professional Services team to ensure coordinate monthly forecast completion

 


Technical Skills and Experience Desired

 

  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management suite
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team (Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success)
  • IT/Technical background preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree a plus
